The manpower of 4 points by Sheraton is very well mannered and the services you get is genuinely outstanding that meets your expectation. I must say whover visit this place would really love visiting again and again. I regularly visit this Hotel and find everything up to its mark. It was an amazing experience with a cleaning Guy named Dalveer. The initiative he takes in every work is appreciated and I feel such person should be promoted to further level.

Location not good. it's inside a closed city square mall. The place stinks. There is almost nothing outside. Check In : It took the front desk about an hour to get us our rooms that too after escalating the issue and raising our voice. (we were checking in at 5 PM I.e. 3 hours after the standard check in time). Rooms are in not good condition. They had a little stinking smell. not properly cleaned and were clearly lacking proper maintaince. Talking about breakfast. It was quite nice. Many Indian vegetarian Options, Quick Service. Most items tasted Authentic.

The hospitality business is a rough one, so I will try to be kind in my review. Though rated as a 5 star hotel, I believe it is comparable to a 3/3.5 star, average hotel. Staff: My encounters with the staff range from friendly to indifferent, quite a contrast to the other 3 hotels I stayed at India where the level of attentiveness made me feel like a superstar. Condition: This is where the hotel could really use improvement. The room my husband and I stayed in was very worn. As my photos show, it appeared little time was spent on repairs, using the same level of care and craftsmanship as a landlord might on a low-budget rental. Our TV did not work, though we tried every option. We spent such little time in the room, we did not bother the staff to ask for assistance. Our iron was missing. Design: There is a large wall of glass between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The allowed the bathroom light to illuminate the room when in use. This was a poor design, as some of us do use the toilet in the middle of the night while our roommate is sleeping...or at least WAS sleeping. Food: To be honest, I am not a fan of traditional Indian food, so I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. It was a fairly decent spread and the linens were clean, so no complaints there. On the bright side: the pool, which interestingly is shared with another hotel, looked beautiful.

The rooms are old and outdated. After taking a shower the pool of water was on the floor that makes it very slippery. The towels are grey color, very worn and don’t look clean. The food Choices for breakfast are limited for the international travelers. This hotel should not be in Marriott bonvoy family. Would not recommend this hotel for staying in Jaipur.

Do yourself a favor...DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is old and not very clean. I had the heebie jeebies. The staff is unorganized. Although my breakfast was included in my stay, I had to fight with them to convince them that was in fact the case to the point that they were chasing me out of the restaurant thinking I had not paid. They were calling employees at home to confirm....ridiculous.
